after a few really stressful days off this was a much needed workout that went great.
sets reps wt
box squat 3 3 245
gm squat 3 3 345
dimel deads 3 13 185(weakdeads...i know)
sled drag w/empty(105lb)slow down gravel road bout 150' to give legs a good stretch
pull down abs w/band 7 10
fogot to add these:
static holds w/2 block pinch grip(grip sucks) 35lb-20 sec ea hand then, 25lb for 2sets of 20sec ea.
my first time with the dimels and man i love these.. they killed my lower back especially right after the gm squats..my back is throbbing...man I LOVE IT!!!
