Good Morning Squats: 1RMx225 - PR only because it's the first time I've ever done them.
185, 205, 215, and 225

Seated Good Mornings: 3RMx205 - again, PR only because it's the first time I've ever done them.
155, 185, 205

Cable Pull Thrus: 140x5x5
Hypers: BW+35lb platex3x8
Ab Wheel: 5x15

Good job! You worked hard last night, even when your workout partner was "Mrs. Negative" all night........

hey, I couldn't help it....I was mentally exhausted from taking my last final ever........
 
good work bud. i think you go further down on your seated gm's than i do. but you need to go down further in your gm and then dip into the squat position....... you weren't quite going parallel. but thats a hard exercise to do.

Yeah, I didn't think I was going down far enough on those. Some sets were better than others though.

In the video, I didn't go down enough in the 205 and 225 set. The 185 set was pretty deep, and the 215 was probably the best set.

just remember........... so much pressure your eyes should feel like they are going to bulge out of your head!!!......... thats when i know im low enough.

Heard a couple of good morning jokes last night.

I like the owner of our gym, he just has a bad habit of talking to you in the middle of your set. Last night, I adopted the practice of ignoring him until I was done.

In the middle of one of my GM squat sets, he started talking to me and I ignored him. One of his training partners said something like, 'I think what Chad is trying to say is 'Good morning, Tim.'' :FRlol:

Same thing happened on one of my Seated GM sets. This time that same guy said something like, 'I think you guys are way past good morning now. Now, you're into good brunch.' :)

Very good chad....I may be wrong here and I'm sure everyone will let me know if I am ..but it looked to me like you were going to a GM into a squat back to the GM and then up from your squat. I'm sure exodus will work with you on those but thats just what I saw. Instead of coming straight up from your squat your leaning back over into a GM....Just FYI from my standpoint. Very proud of you though.
