My lower back is fried. I'm not sure if I'm doing the dimels right, so a critique would be nice? Similarly, it was my first time doing a suspended GM, so I don't know if its okay... Overalll, just under an hour and a decent workout.
 
they look fine to me according to your vids and the vids here. i do Pin suspended GMs myself..gotta get back into doing them. oh and you might want to do without the gloves since deadlifts are supposed to improve on your grip. tb

Thanks man.

I don't use gloves most of the time but I've got a couple of wripped up callouses that needed protection. Only a couple of months ago I stopped using gloves for everything and ever since the skin on my hands has been slowly adapting. Its getting better with time, but they just needed a bit of a rest.
 
Looking good man. I think you need to bend your knees more on the dimels. Looks more like a Romanian DL to me. I could be wrong :). Let's see what other people say.

Interesting. I did feel it a lot more in my hamstrings than glutes.

Clearing things up, the shouting in the background is the radio commentary from the AFL Grand Final, Aussie rules football's Superbowl.

nice workout man..the vids looked good...what ya think bout the dimmels? i love em...really fry my back.
 
I did them a lot heavier last week (176 and 220), but I think my form was better this time around. I felt them in my hamstrings a lot. I've got to check out a couple of videos for comparison...

Mike, I just checked some videos and my dimels looked a lot more like their dimels than they did RDLs :)
 
they looked good from what i seen..i usually try to go to just below knee level..i have been using 185 for 3 sets 15 but i may start using 175 bc on the last few reps i start to lose my rythym
