I'd hardly call 240 at below 7.5% a "typical beach body"... and on top of that Slat does not use nearly the amount of gear some of the others on this board use at half of his build. I can't even count how many posts I've shaken my head at saying "why are you using gear?", I mean 180lbs is not unattainable for anyone naturally. Why don't you post up some pics and we'll see what you're bringing to the table.

Agreed. Board is taking it way too easy on guys these days IMO. No flame intended but if has taken you that much gear to get to 185... what's it gonna take to get you to 200? 210? 240? Dial in you eating and training first.

AND before someone chimes in and says "I'm a hardgainer" blah blah blah... i've used that excuse too when i weighed in at 132. Then i learned to eat properly and train with intensity and that's when i started to grow.

thnaks for all ur feednack i was thinking of dropping sust to 500 mgs a week and keeping EQ the same the tren is a maybe, it is not that I am a hard gainer blahh blahh blaah shit I just do not bloat up i gain lean muscle mass and try to stay away from bloat so for i feel good i am eating like i have never eaten before but alos the high cal foods with high fat content does not hurt me i mena if i am lagging on cals becasue of a busy day a triple classic from wendys is a good replacemnt for cals, but i thnak you for ur opinions i just wnat to be around 200 lbs and i will be happy with taht, I am very pleased with what I have accomplished so far, this will be my 3 cycle, I am 6' tall was 135 2yrs ago so 50 lbs is FUCKIGN HUGE, also maybe my genes aren't like the 5'7 guy who weighs in at um 170 well good for him but i ma happy feel good and look to get soem more weight so if u have any SUGGESTIONS, not bad shit to say about what may help me out more throw it my way everyone is entitleed to their opinion but negativity does not help the progress, support and advice do. thnak you.

1. i don't know what you mean by that post... what does being a hardgainer have to do with bloat?
2. my point was that you did not need gear to get to 170lbs... especially not 3 cycles and especially not at the doses you are running.
3. if you're asking for support and advice on training and diet -> which you obviously need.... then ask and myself or tons of other guys on this board will be more than glad to help.... but supporting running gear at that amount and your size I will not support.

ok van so what would u suggest for me?

I never said i was hard gainer i just said that most people blow up and bloat up then come off and wonder why they lost 12 lbs so for I have never been in that case, so what would you like to know so thatu can help regardless of what and how much gear is being used, I think 500 mgs of sust will be ok from now on out, but I will take ur advice and use it , and see how it works so lets get started.
 
You have that lean look that the broads love. Like everyone else said, that is a lot of gear, but what works for you is what works for you. You have 10 weeks to go, you should be able to add another 10-12 lbs more. Work hard.

And clean your fucking room! :)

thanks bluesy, I like it that way I mena my room I know wher everyhting is also all that is clean if u can beleive that, fresh out the dryer never put it away though thats a lot of work hahaha
 
Wow, I have to agree thats alot of gear. But lookin good! Keep up the training you should easliy get over 200 with that cycle. But remember the scale dosen't matter. How you look is all that counts.
Post your results when you finish. I would love to see how you do!
