Well that isn't true either....Eat clean , as clean as you can and don't use "I'm busy" as an excuse to hit the drive through.
I need to agree with a lot of people on this post.
1) I think it's a lot of gear as well.
2) You do have a good base..you have definition as well as cuts and vascularity...so your base is good.
3) Slat1 is right in saying that (and I always say this) More is not better. AAS is a tool not an answer.
4) Vitamins ..Cranberry extract(comes in a pill form) and Milk Thissel.
5) You gotta eat Mutha fugger!!
6) AND you gotta clean your friggin room.
