Me at 185 lol, 4 Weeks in

Well that isn't true either....Eat clean , as clean as you can and don't use "I'm busy" as an excuse to hit the drive through.

I need to agree with a lot of people on this post.

1) I think it's a lot of gear as well.
2) You do have a good base..you have definition as well as cuts and vascularity...so your base is good.
3) Slat1 is right in saying that (and I always say this) More is not better. AAS is a tool not an answer.
4) Vitamins ..Cranberry extract(comes in a pill form) and Milk Thissel.
5) You gotta eat Mutha fugger!!
6) AND you gotta clean your friggin room.

ok 230 the room thing fuck it who cares i don't, also the gear thing yess mmatbe a bit high but when using 500 to 750 i do not see much of a difference, i will be dropping too 500 to see, also i know it is a tool i work my ass off in the gym and i do eat till i look pregnant and feel like i am goign to puke, i very rarley eat fast food maybe one to maybe twice a week but other than taht i work in a steak house all i do is eat meat chix, prime rib, veggs, rice rolls shit, what else can i do i take a cyto gainer in the am when i wake up, take one muscle milk for snack in middle of day also befor ebed, another cytogainer, a multi vit, fish oil pills, vit C, what else to I need?

why don't you post up your diet first of all... let's see what you're eating! This game is 80% diet IMO... and that sucks because it is the hardest part! but if you can find the discipline that it takes to follow a solid bulking diet i can almost guaruntee you won't even need gear to get up to 200lbs...

I agree. If that is the amount of gear you want to use then so be it. Just because other's don't like to use that much is no reason why you can't. Train hard and good luck.

hammer curls superset 30 DB to 10 DB 4 sets
concentrated precher DB curls

thurs - OFF

Friady - legs and triceps

BB squats 5 sets 8 reps
leg extention 3 sets 8 reps
leg press 3 sets 8 reps
standing calf raises, seated calf raises 4 sets 15 reps

triceps -
skull crushes 4 sets 8 reps
rope pull down 4 sets 8 reps or superset them 12 reps to 4 sets to faliure
DB kick back 3 sets 8 reps
weighteed dipps and unwieghted also 4 sets to faliure


ABBS every day I work out and before bed on days off with soem push up also on off days,

food


shakes are cyto gainer in the AM before bed also muscle milk 1 or 2 during day with a meal, breakfats consist of at least 4 egggs bagel ornage juice too

lunch, usually 2 can tuna mayo white bread, shake, maybe more,

sdnacks are same tuna fish 11 or 16 oz steaks from work when i get teher after gym with rice potatoes ect

after work out to eat past chix thne home to ahve shake them sleep by 1 am and up at 9 am to do it allk ove r agian aso what would u suggest in any of what i have told you

I see plenty of people at the beach that are more cut than that. No way Slat is below 7% bf... not in the pics in his gallery. You can see some abs, but they should be a lot crisper for someone under 7%. I dont even see a single muscle separation or striation in his physique. And Im not trying to knock Slat here. I've got nothing against him, he's a good guy. But he's not below 7% in his pics. Look at the pic of him standing next to Palumbo... now there's what a guy looks like who's below 7% bf.

I know quite a few pro bber's who don't go over 750mgs of test. I have never gone over 500mg's myself.

fair enough... my point is that he does have a decent physique and i'm surprised that someone would call him out in this thread considering the fact that he stated he is on less gear than the original poster...
