MBA's have been useless in the states since the late 1990's, unless it's from a top school.....too easy to get which lowers the stature of the degree.Businesses have focused on analytical ability; That's why a lot of physicists work for hedge funds...marginal productivity. MBA's are the minimum wage workers of the financial world.
