So guys I have decided to cut (well I seem to always be trying to...) with some help this time. This is not my first cycle... nor a beginner's cycle but it should be great! haha

I follow HST training. Everything is supersetted cept squats and deads.

2200-3000 build days. (usually friday I will do a really big post workout meal, wednesday I keep it a bit less. Sat and sunday are my "Play" days where I try to do some cross fit or something, calories will usually be on the higher side as these are the days I spend with my wife so I cant be TOO picky. Though being completely gluten intolerant definitely helps me avoid having to eat cakes etc.)

Small update:

Definitely feeling the enhanced thermogenesis. Last night I got up in the middle of the night in sweat. And just talked to the others at work and they said it was cold last night....


Did a quick morning workout of high sumo pulls/pull ups 5x135/10xbw 3 sets, 6:30.

Just to get the blood flowing in the morning. :)
 
I don't feel so shredded lately. I've been holding a couple lbs of water that is messing with my head something fierce!!

At yours is a couple pounds of water. I have like 20lbs of fat.... :(.



Day 11 was pretty good warmer. Feeling a bit of energy post dose.

Good workout. Took no preworkout today and still hit it REALLY hard. Felt super strong. I think UD might be kicking in full charge. I didnt eat much pre workout (Cause I just have a hard time seeing calories having to be taken away from my post workout meal... )

Back down to 5s... oh yes I love it. everything felt light. I am probably in my 70% range atm but it feels super light. Going for more weight next workout (6-8), then weight goes up more on friday.

Day 16...
Got sme bad news bros... Think I'm gonna have to cut my cycle short. Been having some weird tan/redish spots come up on my midsection and around my chest. Looked it up online and it ranges from yeast - cancer. So I'm just gonna abort and do a mild pct. (probably run low dose torem, formastanzol and some daa with prg control) still looking to lean out.
Any suggestions on what to run in pct? Just throwing it out there hehe.

Im moving my training cycle into the 5s and keeping it between 4-6 reps. Going to bump up the weight. I dont care about the size now... as I feel I can look good so long as i dont drop too far below the 90kg mark... 2 years ago I was 82kgs and about 1% bf less than I am now.... So if I can get to say 88kgs and look like that I will be VERY pleased.

Wow, training was insane! Loved it though. No PRs. Still in the low range intensity wise with the 5 rep range.

How long are you planning on PCT for Matt?

two weeks. Perhaps a little less. Today is day 6 and I already feel pretty much recovered. Dropped Torem back to 30mgs today. Going to dose Forma AM only, and the Arimidex E3d.

Feeling REALLY good now lol.

Weird it stopped BUT I still get itchy. Like before the sweat comes when lifting I get itchy, then it stops... so I'm assuming it's okay. It comes and goes... Redness as well. Though I have been a hermit so it could be the sun as I was playing tennis like a madman when it was getting really red.

Pretty much gonna see how things go from here on out. I am already out of my little PCT (off the serm) and tapering off my AI. If all goes well by June 11th I can run a short cycle if I want. Might just do something weak though as I don't want to have too much of a fluctuation in weight. Just want more recomp. I'm thinking Epi or Hella. I grow really fast so if I jump on UDrol I might explode... lol.

Oh I will. :D Trying to get as lean as possible though first. Using some goodies. Currently, I am running Albuterol (Gonna for 15 days then break for 15), Ostarine (25mg ED). Gonna do a short PCT when my mom visits for 2 weeks, then probably decide if I am going to run something. I might just run Trenzaone... I have it.... Ever run it?

No I haven't I have only read a little about it not too educated on the product, how are you liking the Ostarine? No hand numbness eh!? And is albuterol working well I'm curious of this product too ! Run hella! And I'll follow along and run it after :P

Numbness? Hmm. Nope. I think albuterol is great. Definitely feel the increased endurance in cardio/tennis sessions. And in doing some of my crossfit WO.
Very tempting to run hella/tren stacked... I may have to pick up an AI though just in case.... lol.

Strength is going up and so is cardio. So I'm doing pretty well on albuterol and anabeta haha.

In regards to my training. I have decided to do more cardio, body weight type things. My training will remain the same with the 5/3/1 though just I won't be doing a whole lot of volume. Many of the "volume" you will see on my log will be skill work. Working on getting my squat more geared towards and Oly squat, so I can practice front squating and then I will just use front squats and deads to train heavy. Perhaps I will do a back squat cycle here and there but mainly front squat as my front squat is SEVERELY lacking.
