So guys I have decided to cut (well I seem to always be trying to...) with some help this time. This is not my first cycle... nor a beginner's cycle but it should be great! haha

2200-3000 build days. (usually friday I will do a really big post workout meal, wednesday I keep it a bit less. Sat and sunday are my "Play" days where I try to do some cross fit or something, calories will usually be on the higher side as these are the days I spend with my wife so I cant be TOO picky. Though being completely gluten intolerant definitely helps me avoid having to eat cakes etc.)
