That's not a true dumbbell row IMHO, he's getting a lot of deltoid and bicep action where the exercise is designed for lats. It's still an impressive amount of weight.
I did 192# (Home made humoungous dumbbell, hence the 192#) I did it 16 reps. I had a strap on but man I am telling you both sides when I stopped and stood up my intestines spasmed and it hurt like hell. Used them one other time. I am really strong in back movements for some reason. Even after my Bicep tear I still do 405# bent rows. (overgrip now as I tore it same movement undergrip) I can do 10 chins with 90# hanging on me still. Weird really.
