i got some straight up chicken legs (i'm all upper body right now)......just a bit over 13" calves (i swear they just WON'T GROW anymore
).....bicep is 14.5".....all natural (first cycle coming up)
anyone got some killer calf workouts they'd like to share? what leg workouts do yall do for massive gains?? (i will be soon starting deca400mg/test-e500mg a week....10 or 12 weeks)
