I didn't read anyones replies so plz excuse me if I repeat things. From my personal experience I've noticed virtually no drawbacks from smokin' up while on cycle. Although I wouldn't smoke blunts much (you smoke too much paper/tobacco with these) and I would recommend using either a bong or a vaporizer. I've been smoking MJ for a few years now and have noticed I actually do BETTER when I smoke on cycle. It calms me quite a bit (f'ing tren makes me irritable sometimes!) but the
primary reason is for calorie consumption. I'm always bulking. So those couple bong rips late at night help me consume an extra 800-1200 cals before bed.
I really wouldn't blaze before the gym simply because if you aren't careful you'll smoke too much and kill your focus/drive. As far as it having a detrimental effect on recovery; I doubt it. It really relaxes my body and muscles and helps me sleep, thus leading me to believe it helps with recovery.
I have absolutely no scientific proof to back any of this up, only my own personal experiences. I wouldn't recommend everyone blaze up all the time either, but it seems to really help me.
