Marijuana causing GYNO

I have read many conflicting reports concerning marijuana and gyno. Ulter once said that Marijuana affect Prolactin levels and thus causes some to get gyno. Any opinions or solutions to prevent this?

Weed has been positively linked with gyno.

It was funny when I first saw a doctor about my gyno, I was jacked at the time on sustanon. The only thing the Dr. asked me was if I used marijuana. WTF! I'm all juiced up and he thinks weed caused the bitch tits!

ya, something about estrogen elevation. im sure others have a few studies on this.

Lowers your test levels, so therefore your estrogen/test ratio is off which could cause gyno in chronic users.

i think if someone has baby fat or chest fat from childhood, then smoking excessive amounts of weed will increase the chance of getting gyno.

although, if you're fairly lean then weed prob. won't cause gyno

Crude marijuana extract competed with estradiol for binding to the estrogen receptor of rat uterine cytosol. Condensed marijuana smoke also competed with estradiol for its receptor. Pure delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol, however, did not interact with the estrogen receptor. Ten delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol metabolites also failed to compete with estradiol for its receptor. Of several other common cannabinoids tested, only cannabidiol showed any estrogen receptor binding. This was evident only at very high concentrations of cannabidiol. Apigenin, the aglycone of a flavinoid phytoestrogen found in cannabis, displayed high affinity for the estrogen receptor. Cannabis extract in large doses exhibited neither estrogenic nor antiestrogenic effects. hate to be a thread digger, but I've been on GH for a while now which as you know can raise Prolactin levels. I've been smoking pot daily for over a decade, and it's 100% positive that when I get high my nips start to get a bit more tender, within a few minutes of smoking. Thankfully I have my caber on hand so stay balanced, but I don't care what anyone else says, there is a link. Weed on it's own probably won't do it, because I haven't had any problems until GH was tossed in too, but they don't get tender on GH alone.

I'm sure a ton of people will say I'm full of shit, but I don't care what studies you pull up, this study was done by me, I'm living proof of it. 10 years of using the stuff I know what I'm talking about.

Not that I am trying to brag but I started smoking weed on the regular almost twenty years ago. Never have I seen or heard of anyone I know that just smokes weed and has gyno. Maybe the munchies, loss of short term memory, and a case of I don't give a shit, but no tits lol. By the way don't smoke anymore I got tired of getting up walking to the kitchen and forgetting why I went in there.
