what do you think of dan duchaine's bodyopus? I am wondering why do cardio on wed and thurs as opposed to monday. Wouldn't the cardio help get you back into ketosis, so why is it not done on monday???

Anything by Dan Duchaine is gold. The guy saw things years before others. As for Keto, I'm not an expert on that nor a big fan of it (I've never been on a diet to lose weight).
 
Yeah, but I understand that some of his stuff is "outdated." Does anyone have the link to Lyle Mcdonald's newest bodyopus journals, i would be interested in what he thinks as far as retaining muscle, but being in ketosis as long as possible.
