it REALLY straightens my hair.
if i use a hair straightening cream plus a syrum, and a large brush, and I pull and pull while I blowdry- my hair will curl up in 10 minutes.
with the babyliss, it's so straight it's Sharp.

heather, dont listen to these crazy people. I also have a CHI and it is the best thing since sliced bread. No other brand is of the same quality. Dont fool yourself into thinking it is.
