mine too. i have VERY curly hair and the babyliss works great. (i have the same hair as bikinimom only mine is long)

hmmmmm...i may try that one, if you think it will really work. I tried another baby bliss and it didn't have steam though, I don't think. anyway, I had bought so many $25-$50 irons that didn't work before I finally broke down and bought the CHI. I had that thing for 5 years and it was still working GREAT. Shucks.

it REALLY straightens my hair.
if i use a hair straightening cream plus a syrum, and a large brush, and I pull and pull while I blowdry- my hair will curl up in 10 minutes.
with the babyliss, it's so straight it's Sharp.
