Malto Vs Dex

Post Workout Meal it should be High G.I is that true!
So why not use Maltodextrin better than using Dextrose

Maltodextrin and Dextrose both High G.I 100 but Malto is Complex and not sugar

I’M wondering why some guy use 50% Dex and 50% malto ?
Why not use only malto

Not sure on this one, but I think it's because sugar gets into your blood stream faster than complex carbs, which need to be broken down to monosaccharides before being absorbed.

Dextrose = 102 G.I only !

That mean Maltodextrin gets into your blood stream faster than Dextrose

I find maltodextrin works a lot better than dextrose. my muscle's feel more fuller from maltodextrin

I don't believe for a second that maltodextrin is 105 on the glycemic index? Dextrose is a monosaccharide and maltodextrin is a polysaccharide. There's too much misinformation on Maltodextrin. I think if you ran a search, you'll find it.

This is all nonsense.

A simple sugar is a simple sugar. Arguing over a GI index of a couple points -- yeah, that's going to make all the difference in how much muscle you put on.

Why not just use sucrose? It taste better.
