Male Strippers?

New member
What is your take on them? would you ever consider if you had the chance presented to you? My boy makes over 1000 cash a week only doing it 2 nights in the week!

props to those that can do it, but i'd feel like such a douche trying to act sexay and entertain

The thought has crossed my mind, all the strippers I've chilled with (girls) all tell me I should do it. I would feel very very douchey though.

Stripping for gay men makes you 2-3 times as much as for women. I met a guy once who trained at my gym who did both and he would clear 2000 a weekend with men, and maybe 500-600 with women.

He used to say a blow job is a blow job no matter who gives it. Both men and women would actually pay him to suck his junk.

yep..

I worked the " male review " jesus that was 12 years ago.
It was a ladies night event. Every tuesday at a local club they had the suncoast calander men come and dance then do lap dances.
I heard about it from a girl that wanted me to interview. I showed up and got the position of a " drink guy " ladies drink free so all i did was walk around with no shirt on a bowtie and black pants and deliver drinks to the tables. The girls would tip very VERY VERY WELL !I did some small lap dances and even filled in for one of the guys that did the floor dances ( the group opening dance )in sync with the other guys.
It was fun I made around 100-200$ night in tips the girls would shove into my pants.Just did it one day a week. had lots of dates and a good sex life while i did it.
BUT the real money to be made is the gay dance circut .Dancing in the gay clubs down in ft luaderdale and miami was were the money was at . Those are the guys making 500-1000 bucks for a few nights work.I drove with 2 guys that did the suncoast calender gig to Miami the plan was to work the gay clubs and rake in a small fortune. Once we arrived i got scared and could not handle the thought of dancing and having guys grab my body in sexual ways. Lots of sex for money acts go on after the clubs close at hotels . The guys I went down with were " gay for pay " they would do anything for a dollar. I remember jason telling me he made 400$ for fucking some dude in the ass and punching the guy in the face and calling him a cum sucking pig ( by request of the guy be fucked )
Lots of xtacy , ghb , coke ,meth you name it is in the sex working crowd .

Becarful man and stay away from the drugs and sex for money part of the bussiness

yea i would never put myself in any situation that involves homos looking or getting any type of pleasure off of my looks or anything.... Supposesivly the woman are not allowed to touch you... me and my girl have been fighting ever since i proposed the idea to her.... more than likely will never happen

I would have a hard time keeping a straight face while doing it... would most likely burst out laughing. I don't think I could ever wear a thong either.

FACT: you aren't going to make any money off dancing for women. You will make BANK dancing for men,

When will men realize that men and women are just NOT the same animal? Yea women's lib, blah, blah, blah... but truth be told men and women are just not driven by similar stimuli.

If you can play a role and don't mind having men all over your shit then go right ahead. I would have NO ISSUE with my bf (couldn't imagine being married to a guy who made his money wearing a gold lamme banana hammock *shudders*) doing it as I KNOW it would be for pay and nothing else. As long as he enjoyed it, why should I say no?

Nothing wrong with transitory work as long as it is short-term to make a few quick dollars while freeing up time to do long-term projects. But recognize there is nothing EASY about it.

Really?? I would. How degrading, really would it be to be straight and dance for gay men? I mean, talk about compromising who you are for money.

Im sure there would be a special set of circumstances where I would be sympathetic, but not many!

Now, a gay man dancing for gay men makes sense. I just wouldnt be able to understand if he was straight. Maybe thats just beyond my ability to empathize.

I'd feel so horribly cheesy doing something like that. It's honestly hard for me to think of anything I think is cheesier than male dancers.

Dude after watching Zoolander, like I loved it cause I thought it was funny that there was alot I could relate too...
Now if I watch it, like I feel shallow.

Point is, getting paid to gyrate, I mean women are supposed to be seductive, I mean when we think of what being a man is, dancing for dollar bills, and being pretty, is not one of them. I dunno just me, but yeah, Merman... however, I think that dancing for cash and waving your dick around for both genders is pretty weak.

And do you honestly believe that female dancers (who primarily dance for the pleasure of men but often for couples and other women) are dancing for ANYONE they WANT to be dancing for?

Trust me when I tell you that ANYONE (male or female) who finds themselves in a situation where they are paid to dance (I am not talking the Bolshoi Ballet) for money isn't doing it because they LOVE the job. Are there aspects of the job that are fun/interesting/appealing? Yes, without a doubt. But at the end of a shift there are many more ways that MOST who engage in such a job would rather be earning their money.... but in a pinch, short term it will do and I wouldn't judge anyone who earned their money this way, as long as they didn't make it obvious that is what they did when they were NOT being paid to dance/entertain.

In other words, what I am saying is that there really isn't much *sexual* about the job so whether it is a man being paid to dance for men/women or a woman being paid to dance for men/women - it is *just a job*. As long as it wasn't longterm (NOT my husband but *just a boyfriend*) and he enjoyed dancing/the fleeting empowerment of having total strangers hand over their money, "just because the dancer says so" then why would it bother me?

Problems beging when the dancer (male OR female) defines themselves by the job/gets boxed in (no prep/thought to other ways to earn money for the amount of time/effort put into it or just in the future - period) or begins to feel so downed/degraded that they drink/do drugs just so they can work their shift. Or if they allow a short term job (we've all had jobs that we may have liked somewhat but realized that it wasn't forever) to spill over into their REAL or every day lives.

Other than that - what would it matter to me? :whatever:

As for your question, Housemusik - the scenario you are describing may be fun for a little while but then when you see all the bullshit you will have to put up with (including the shit you already know you will get from your girl - though that part I don't think is fair really) it will seem disproportional for the amount of money you will make. Whether you make tips or not, last I heard there is no set pay or shift pay and you still have to tip out.

If your girl didn't give you guff about it I would do it *just to see*. But to count on it for any sort of steady revenue stream, regardless of how incidental it would be would be (IMHO) foolish. Unless you were dancing for a bunch of Dallas socialites... and even then, you wouldn't be making any REAL MONEY (enough to justify what you have to go through) unless you were straight up gigolo-in it. <--- don't seem to be in alignment w/man who has a steady girlfriend though.

Just giving it to you straight brolly. :)

the "double standard" is still alive in 2009.

Sadly, it will live long for a whole host of reasons. Most basic is (IMO) the differences of how the sexes "work" - meaning what makes each one tick. I also believe that one of the reasons why many females might view a man dancing with such distaste is more backlash for men (who call the shots whether it is fair or not) viewing women who dance with negativity for so long. I suppose they feel that what is good for the goose...

I don't write the rules... I have just learned "to play by them". :qt:

It's really too bad that there is SUCH hyuge negativity attached to this form of adult entertainment. If it weren't viewed so negatively then I do believe that adults would see it for the grown up FUN that I do believe it was always intended to be. In other parts of the world society does not attach such negativity. So it really IS *just another job* fun or not.

But again, goes back to those "pesky rules." :whatever:

I CAN more see where he might coming from because you say it isnt sexual.

But it would still be a stretch for me, lol there is no way I'd date the guy.

it's weak and douchey, but hell, the economy is BAD!

if your a male stripper you have to dance on guys and girls most likely,

BUT, if you a chippendales dancer, you dance for women. my buddy B was a dancer for two years, and he RAKED in money, said he went to mostly

all bachelorette parties and got hammered and bent over older women. girls would pay him heavy to give him bj's too. he's a lucky bastard.

But thats what i would go into if i was getting into that field.

FYI i believe he made over 50k a year.

now hes retired and a PT now.

I wouldn't begin a relationship with a man who was dancing for pay either and I did state that I wouldn't MARRY a guy who was dancing nor would I want MY HUSBAND to do that to help support us.

If the guy I was dating wanted *to see* what the dealio was I wouldn't tell him he couldn't is all.

I know way more about this topic than I care to admit. In theory a male dancer and female dancer do the same. They get paid to entertain an audience. But the sexual dynamics are different in that THE SAME BEHAVIOR by the opposite sex does not affect them similarly. The only way a male dancer will make an amount of money to justify selling his dignity would be if he danced for gay men (straight men don't find other men dancing appealing, do they?) or for him to become a giggolo.

And sadly, IN THIS COUNTRY, a dancer's dignity/integrity is always in question regardless of their gender.

Lemme ask you this, if your girl was dancing in a similar situation would YOU be OK with guys paying her to eat her pussy? 50K a year hardly seems like an acceptable amount of money for a prostitute.

I am not passing judgment on your buddy at all. But what you say proves what I have been saying, that in order to make any *real* money (50K for prostitution hardly seems like *real money* though) a dancer has to perform sex acts. A passive sex act (sitting there while a woman blows you for pay is STILL prostitution) is a sex act.

I would have a tremendous issue with my bf or husband accepting money from a woman to even sit and have dinner conversation with her FORGET about her touching him... ever.

Dude, don't do it...
Not worth it... one thing leads to another...
Just sayin... why invite trouble.
It doesn't sound like something that is going to bring U and your girl closer either.

I actually went on a couple of dates with a girl who danced, she danced though at a club called Deviate, -I should ask BigMann if that place is still even open.... and yeah... pwned from the very beginning, I pulled the overeager shit, and yeah, no third date. Point is would I date a exotic dancer, today, hell no. That would be a huge, huge mistake. I dunno, to me its like taking DNP... unwise.

Would I at 25, Yeah... would it have been ugly and a huge mistake. Yeah. I guess U can make mistakes when U are young like that, but as U get older, I don't wanna say wiser, u just see how foolish u really are. Also your risk reward gets, after exeperience, I guess and now I'm spending my 30s making up for my twenties, perhaps well not so bold. Anyway, here is a pic of the chic.

id do it,but i dance like a moron...money is great...my boys did it also for men/woman and the gay bars paid alot more..

i'd be Pleased & Proud to (once again) look good enough to just be able to consider this line of work, lol

thing is its a group of guys that dance and throw parties at different clubs, and men are not allowed its for women only... Dancing for mos isnt even an option? but they all say some of these women pay like crazy just to see you move your body

K, here is the thing... U are trying to attract men, and thus, their are evolutionary differences...
I hate bringing evolution into the argument, I'm not an evolutionary psycyhologist fan, however, it has a partial truth to it... Anyway, my point is in the relationship of men to women, the female is associated with beauty, and the male with physical strength... again these are stereotypes.

In reality, I think women are more advanced emotionally than men, and men are just now starting to catch up. I think we are in a transition of this paradigm, that emotion is associated with weakness or something. Anyway, in gay relationships, obviously beauty and masculinity are one and the same, dancing and aesthetic acts of seduction are not seen as threatening to masculinity. Either that or masucline is redefined. I dunno.
My point is, the relationship is different, and so are the values.
I have no problem with that.

Utter bunk. Either that or their definition of "pay like crazy" and my definition of "pay like crazy" don't align.

As for the "just to move your body" part. That is an even bigger crock of shit.

The only women that will "pay like crazy" will be women that you won't be able to get it up for (even IF you ever decide to let them touch you) and you will be doing a whole lot more than "just move your body." ... unless, of course, you will be moving it in THEM.

*shudders*

Hot young women (the kind that you find arousing) would NEVER drop a dime for some sweaty dude wearing a gold lamme banana hammock. I mean, what would motivate them to give you money when tons of swinging dicks line up just to try to spend their money on that same girl so she could MAYBE give him the time of day. Hot older women also don't pay guys for diddly.

^^^ Think on that.

Men value beauty and women value SECURITY. Back when all of our knuckles were dragging on the ground it was all about passing on the genes of physical prowess. Not the case anymore. Young women may err and go for the hot *bad boy* (no such thing as a good boy stripper - sorry) but as they gather a little life experience under their belts if they have HALF a brain themselves they realize that a man's ability to take care of her, her children and himself has more to do with the size of his BRAINS and NOTHING to do with the size of his muscles.

And men, well many regardless of their age still don't get that a woman's true beauty is on the inside...

Very true , When i did the drink serving and fill in for one of the group dancers 12 years ago . It was always abunch of fatties
tipping money . Every now and then if a bachlorette party came in some hot girls would tip but very few.
I never was in a bananna hammock. Always black pants and a bow tie..With out a shirt on. I felt sorry after the group dance the guys would take off their pants and wear glittery sparkling manties ( man undies that look like fancey girl panties)then do the lap dances for 10$ each plus tips.
Then as soon as the free drinks were over all the decent girls would jet and nothing but fatties hanging out as black doods would pile in the club hopping to get some BBW loving

That is now TWO GUYS "in the know" backing me.

Rnch, looking the part and acting/playing the part are two completely different things. Yea, it feels good for about a minute to be objectified, especially as a woman being paid to *be beautiful*... and then you quickly realize that this good feeling is about as fleeting as an orgasm with a one night stand. Yea, it was ok when you had it but then you want so much more...

You know what I am saying, my brother.

Hmm.. Why is everyone so against this?
I'd say go for it, you only live once, haha.

There's nothing degrading about having a little fun with life and making some money while your doing it.

When my wife lived in Hungary she never missed a Thursday night in almost 6 years.

She has been a couple times with friends here and she loves it. The room is filled with 3 types of people:
1) DESPERATE women
2) Lesbians
3) Women who stand with their cameras and take pictures (my wife, haaaaa)

BM, i never said i wanted to do that line of work (at this point in my life)..i'd just like to (once again) be in good enough shape to be able to consider doing that line of work. ;)

ariel: are you saying that only gay men (and not str8 men) can look "tough and pretty" at the same time? c'mon now, dude......

LOL I don't doubt that for a minute. :lmao: So tell me though, how much money did SHE (I've seen pics of your wife. She is quite a tight cute little number.) actually spend? I mean aside from the cover and perhaps a few drinks (none of that money goes to the dancers) how much did she spend directly on the dancers?

And I do agree, YOU DO make flannel look good. ;)

i hate to say it but BM pwned this thread

OH Dios Mio, Jesus Christo Bino! cierra al boca!!! Aye Ya Ya...

Em, NOW you can make the "official", it's freezin in hell thread....
btw, did you check the Pro Wrestling forum, somebody said they were waiting on you over there.... LMAO

At the club in Cyprus...probably not a cent (even though I encouraged her to have lots of fun). She came home in need of me though :) I do know that ALL of her friends were jealous of her because the men were Hungarian and she spoke Hungarian so she could talk to them.

In Hungary...no idea what she spent. I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't have a little fun when she was there. I think it was more of a "girls night out" once a week. She would go straight from the library to the train to the strip club.

Your wife speaks Magyar?!?! Holy cow - how cool! I like her more and more every time you post up about her.

And yea, a visit to a strip club SHOULD BE the warm-up act for someone who is married. A lot of couples like to go too. It can and SHOULD BE tremendous fun. Too bad this isn't treated like that in the US.

A woman can have all the fun in the world without ever laying down a cent in a strip club, whether a man is dancing or a woman. You can see the dancers do their thing for free... remember? Well, unless there is a cover and even then, that is pretty minimal. Tips, while are encouraged are NOT mandatory. The only thing that is "extra" is if one buys a private dance. And even then, MOST WOMEN aren't going to go broke taking their entire paycheck to a stripclub. Whereas lotta men lay out UNGODLY amounts. There are exceptions to every rule but for the most part women just aren't motivated the way men are to pay to watch a member of the opposite sex dance.

Unless a man is dancing for gay men or performing sex acts for pay for women he will not be able to make enough money to justify the time/effort/trouble of dancing for pay. Why a guy would consider earning a few extra dollars this way just doesn't seem to make a lot of sense to me.

lotta hatters in here, when and IF i decide to do this i will post pics for all you to "jizz inside your pants" hahahah

Silly... c'mere so I can give you a hug.

The only man who can make me jizz in my pants is the man I am married to... old bastard can't dance to save his life! :lmao:

House, dude U got a solid gig. U love your music. Dude, don't cheapen it by dancing.
I wouldn't do it. I mean, like what happens if U get bigger, it's not good for your rep that U danced for dollars.
Plus this would only want to make U drink more.
Do what U do, its your story, but I wouldn't.

good point here brother... its not really my immage, when i am out and not working i NEVER dance and make a fool out of my self, i know how to dance to house music but not shaking my ass and looking like a girl lol i either chill back and have a good time or dance with my girl... It was a thought, but who knows what the future holds? Every dollar is getting harder and harder to earn these days

You developed rep. You are still young. Finish your education.
Dollars are not easy... but dude, its not like you are getting paid NBA money to dance. I know House, Electronic is about driving a party, but its hard to be taken seriously as a DJ, if it was pointed out you frolicked for dollar bills.
I dunno, I could be wrong.
