I have decided that this is the year I get really serious about my training and strongman comps. I fully intend to contend for if not win my next contest. Here's some of the changes I am making in my life.
1. Quit drinking at least until after my next comp on May 21. St Patty's day was last drinking day.
2. Clean up diet. This includes giving up pop/soda whick sucks.
3. Make every gym day count.
4. Not be bothered by trivial things.
These things should help a lot in making me bigger and stronger than ever.
I am also changing some other things.
1. Stop going out very much.
2. Focus on my life more and spend less time helping everyone else.
3. Set goals for myself outside of the gym, I have already set a couple and am on track to complete them.
On a side note I have a new favorite female poster on elite
To my old favorite
Feel free to post up if you are trying to change things around for yourself.
