Making some changes.

I have decided that this is the year I get really serious about my training and strongman comps. I fully intend to contend for if not win my next contest. Here's some of the changes I am making in my life.

1. Quit drinking at least until after my next comp on May 21. St Patty's day was last drinking day.

2. Clean up diet. This includes giving up pop/soda whick sucks.

3. Make every gym day count.

4. Not be bothered by trivial things.

These things should help a lot in making me bigger and stronger than ever.

I am also changing some other things.

1. Stop going out very much.

2. Focus on my life more and spend less time helping everyone else.

3. Set goals for myself outside of the gym, I have already set a couple and am on track to complete them.

On a side note I have a new favorite female poster on elite :)

To my old favorite :doublefi:

Feel free to post up if you are trying to change things around for yourself.

awsome goals man, let us know how that contest goes, and goodluck.

for me im trying to eat super clean. last time around i got pretty big and strong, but also pretty fat...my two biggest mistakes tho was not increasing fast enough (i wouldnt force myself to go up each time) this time im forcing myself each time i do a lift to do more weight or more reps than the last time (i know thats basic but oh well, im doing it now). also i ate really shitty, and even tho im sure ill get super fat again this time cause thats what happens to me, im trying to postpone it as long as possible. also do cardio even though i fucking hate it to just be healthier and feel better in general.

outside of the gym im trying to not be such a bitch. - whenever someone does soemthin to me i always end up apologizing for it, sort of like int hat movie clerks when his friend si like "dude why do you fucking apologize for everything, even if your clearly the oen being fucked over"(or something like that). if someone trys to bitch me, ill talk back, and act back for the sake of respect, but also try not to let things get to me personally,
i know that sounds like something a womanwould say and do, but fuck everyone else :artist:
 
Good luck! The goals you've posted, take time to get realized, so don't give up too easily when you don't see changes. Make a list and read it often. Put the list on your fridge.


and eat your fridge. jk

I have more than one fridge so eating them could take a while.LOL

If it makes you feel better I did have a dream with you in it last night. Nothing sexual, we were on a date, like a middle school date we just held hands and stuff(this was a bit odd) and this weird guy kept coming and trying to sit with us and not talk. I think we went to a ice cream parlor and then I was awakened by my phone ringing and had to come to work. I can only imagine what fruedian psych would say about this.LOL

This is obviously in direct correlation to my calling you out for the 07 harness pull.

I, too am making some major changes in the gym. I have decided to dedicate some time to becoming a pure strength athlete and learning more strongman events. Also, I would like to have sex again, with a woman. And for free.

best of luck big man. just remember, everyday you are not in the gym, I will be, getting stronger and smartr and bigger. but probably not getting any tang.

Late last year I decided that within 12 months time I was going to go from 40% BF to single digit body fat. I am about 6.5 months into the process now, lost 56lbs so far and I am down to 25%... I am starting an accelerated program for 3 months to go down to 15% by beginning July and then go down the extra 5% in some 3 more months...

so far, it looks like I will make it... it will be the biggest thing I have ever done for myself.
