making fina right now!

Hello Bro's... So I've received my fina kit and am in preparation of making it right now. I am wondering how I should remove the pellets from the cartridges? Any one have any other tips for me... I'm all giddy... btw I am following the instructions from finafarm.com... many thanks,

Wire coat hanger works well.....be sure to give it a swab of alcohol before pushing it through.

I use a rozor knife.....Keep us posted on the progress and how it turns out.

yeah, I sterilized a paper clip and pushed them through. Pushed them into a straw stapled at the end and used a piece of masking tape to secure. Then crushed slightly with a hammer and just put in the dissolving solution... so far, so good. Thanks for the help. Just found a lot of good info on basskiller's website. I'll keep you posted.

okay so I added the pellets to the dissolving solution, and let it sit for about 20 hours. This morning, I withdrew 2cc's of oil from the oil solution for later, added the remaining oil to the majic solution, shook vigorously. Then I boiled up some water, removed the cap and turned off the stove. I let the open bottle with the oil/solution in it for 20 minutes, let it cool off, re-capped it and put it in my cupboard. Can't wait for the next step...
