Major help needed guys

Well,

first off, I get so pumped that I can't complete my sets. even if I lessen the weights.

when doing tri's and chest, what do I go about it? which goes first? I cant lift chest for shit if I burn my tri's. and If I start with my chest my tri get so pumped I can't get to them on the same day.

same story goes with biceps and back.

and shoulders affect my biceps and triceps in the same matter.

where can I find a good work out that is written out like a plan. so I know what to do first. and in what order.

I am natural by the way. so its harder to recover i think.

and I dont go super heavy, my sets are usually 10 -12 reps each. but the last set is usually 8 because i get super pumped. I can manage to keep the last set at 10 reps if i lower the weight.

drinking a shitload of water works for me..helps the pumps a bit.. but then again having the pump is not a bad thing..but its nto good when you can complete a rep or a set.. so try uping your intake in water..it works for me
 
maybe just seperate your split to one body part a week, try doing upper body than lower and upper that way every body parts gets enough rest... check out the weight training and some of the lifting logs on here maybe it will help you

Change your workout routine: i.e. one muscle group a day and move around the exercises or change em

Drink a shitload of water

Creatine? Glutamine?

How many hours a night do you sleep?
Whe you hit the gym, are you already very tired?

I've experimented with Taurine which seem to work...give that a shot
Also,I've also tried instead of 12 reps cut it down to 8 and go a little heavier. Not sure why but I've noticed the pumps being less intense

I dont use any supps at all.
6 hours of sleep,
I sleep for an hour before I hit the gym.
this never used to happen to me, but I haven't been to the gym in like a year, I restarted about 3 weeks ago.

Maybe you're not getting enough sleep? (6 hours is not enough)

maybe you're over-training?
 
ive been killin like 9 -10 hrs lately. cant stay awake when i get home from gym at nite. it is lights out quickly
