Major Cramping

I was working my legs last night and for some reason was really tight the whole workout. I did a good pre-stretch before starting and stretched in between sets to keep warm. When I was working my hamstrings (lying down extensions) as soon as I got to full extension I felt a pop. Holy shit I thought I got shot in the leg. Didn't pull my hammy, just tweaked it a bit. Cramped up right away. Fortunately my Doc works out at my gym. He said to take in more potassium. Ok I eat at least one banana a day, take a multi and drink a gallon of water.

Should I add like 5mg a of taurine a day? Also a potassium pill as well? I currently on 3rd week of sust/dbol cycle.
 
oranges and a potato has more potassium then bananas but i had cramps that just couldnt be stopped from high dose winny...i think potassium pills only have like 33% your daily value in them...but try drinking more water or even better orange juice
