maggot- the other white meat

so last friday i was eating a 4% burger for my carb up day. after finishing that succulent meal, i noticed a maggot crawling on my plate. now i am not sure if i ate any maggots or not. ever since monday evening, i have been having bad diarrhea. my ass feels so violated
