madbomber's body is shit... i'm very discouraged...

i'm at 218, a far cry from where i was a year and a half ago, its been one long downhill battle... i went to nashville in AWESOME shape (for me)... got hurt, got fatter... then lost the fat, then gained some weight, then lost some weight... then some more weight, then even more... then back up to 238 ish... and not even 2 months later i am at 218 and looking horrible... arms are still big but back is shittier than ever... legs look like shit, and my calves are gone... i need to just get through summer without going under 210... then i can juice up like a fucking madman during the fall and winter... i am too po to do a cycle now.... plus i am injured.. i cant lift my left arm without help from the right... god damn, this is getting to me, i avoid mirrors like the fucking plague....

i have spoken... stress be gone from my life, PLEASE!!
 
I hope you're still working out. Keep a steady schedule and go with it. I've been up and down too, just not roller coaster style like you. Sounds like you're putting intense training off until you "can juice up like a fucking madman during the fall and winter."

embarassing in the gym and in public in general.

Hey Madb, ease up on yourself. The whole world is willing to dump on you for free, so don't do it to yourself.
I'm totally bummed because I been outta the gym for two weeks due to a bad cold, and my body ain't so great to begin with (read: small).
Just get back in the gym and sweat blood, bro!

sooo.... you lost 20 lbs of muscle??? damn! sux to be you. but, why loose the calves? that dont require lifting your arm any. Please explaine your lack of discipline boy!
 
Bomber, your posts scare me, cause you are my mirror image in life. I am up and down, I look like shit now, hurt my back, healed, hurt my back, healed, got sick lost 10 pounds, better, lifted hard and hurt neck. healed, hurt neck today doing nothing. I am only 205 right now, sucks.:(

If you have are 20# lighter, the insulin will get you back up there so fast beleive me. you don't need AAS right now.

I have some information on protein loading instead of the current trend of carbohydrate loading.

Email me if you are interested in using insulin and i'll help you thru it. As well as many members here on the board can do as well.I don't get back to the boards often so I may not return to this thread.

The most interesting thing I have found out is insulin can use protein better than carbohydrates.I'm not saying not to use carbohydrates but not as the main macro nutrient.Now the doses of insulin are lower than what is popular on the boards but the results are greater.

(You have to remember what the goal is ,Increased Nitrogen and Glycogen retention, hydration,and increased recovery time)(Not just weight gain )

what this means to us is no fat gain ,actually use the fat we have stored as fuel, and much more protein synthesized since we have shifted are focus on the macro nutrient.
