Nelson, not to start a pissing contest, but I know a girl who has been on med. For the past 10 yrs, and has to give herself injections quite frequently for migrains. Her doctor taught her how to inject her quads, since it was the easiest for her to reach.

Hitting a vein is something I hate as it make my Mrs freak, Im used to blood Ive played nose tackle - lol

its all about finding that sweet spot. I prefer quad cause it's easy to get at and never had any problems.

Had 2 x 2ml deca + 2 x 2ml sust and was planning on doing 2ml deca in each shoulder (didnt want the sust to hurt my shoulders) and then 1ml of sust in each quad.

Inserted the needle in my right quad hit a vien, syringe looked like a lava lamp. Did it again, fine but when pulled needle out alot blood trickled down my leg.

Inserted needle into left leg to do the other 1ml of sust aspirated no blood. Injected the sust and then pulled the needle out of my leg and wtf blood squirted about a foot out of my leg. It was like something out of the movies.

Could I have hit a vien on the way or something??? When I aspirated no blood came into the syringe.

I know how you feel Bro. The same shit happened to me a while back and fucking freaked me out!! You'll be ok though. Its normal for it to happen every once in a while.

hehe, I had a buddy giving me a shot in my glute and when he pulled out blood shot about 2 feet and nailed his leg. Needless to say, he was more freaked out than I was.

Quads suck - I get the same thing. Delts are where it's at.

And don't ever do your hams, your sciatic nerve runs down your hams. So hit that and don't expect to walk ever again.
