Macro: Too much ginger ?

Hey Macro,

Is it possible to consume too much Ginger for the day?

Say I have 5 protein shakes a day and I take 4 Ginger powder capsules for each shake, that's 20 caps a day. Is this ok ?

I take 3-4 per meal 5-6 meals a day. my digestion has never been better. no more evil protein related emanations :D.
 
well ok I hear lots of people say to have ginger when using roids to increase protein synthesis, but what I want to know is it still useful when not juicing? will it be beneficial enough to bother?

it improves digestion of protiens. it is useful regardless of "chemical status"

do you have any links to studies on gingers effectiveness in protein synthesis?
