Macro Ratios

Posted this on the diet board twice over last 2 weeks and got no attention. Somebody please help. Im doing a summer bulker and im 22 at 225lbs.
Im also doing a deca/dbol cycle. What should my macros be?

I always stay at 40-50% Protein 25-35% carbs and 15-20% fat.

The trick is to eat the majority of your carbs immediately following training. You should have a fast carb protein meal of whey and dextrose then a Slow meal of Chicken and Yams for instance. I could give you an nice example, but fingers are tired of typing.
