Lump on lower leg please advise!!

So i have been running Equipoise 200mg stacked with Test-C 250mg twice a week (400mg EQ and 500mg Test C weekly). This is my fifth week and i just started HCG this week and started taking arimidex 1mg twice/wk starting last week. I noticed a lump on my outer lower left leg about 4 inches above my ankle. It does not hurt at all when i touch it or push on it, nor is it discolored, but it just looks weird. I also noticed one smaller one starting on my right leg in relatively the same area as my left leg. It also does not hurt. Does anybody have any idea what this might be?? Please let me know and if there is anything i should do.

It could be nothing but a cyst, Lymph Nodes, Blood Clot,fatty tumor,Erythema Nodosum, Sarcoma (cancerous),an ultrasound can detect what it is and or if any measures should be taken, but it does need evaluating by a Doctor.
