lower rip cage sticks out

never really took much notice of this before but my lower rip cage seems to stick out a lot (forward).. kinda making it look like i got huge upper abs...
are there any exercises i can do to fix this?
 
i dont know of any exercises that will help bone........ just keep training like normal.

try it.

and gradually expell air fromn your lungs and try to isometrically hold your abs in tight while your running.

this should pull things in together quite nicely.

throw in some crunches in the middle of the run as well, to establish that mind muscle connection with those muscles. that stabalize the rib cage.
