im 15 year old and ive been liftin and working out for around 6 months now... and ive gotten all the progress i wanted so far... but when it comes to my lower abbs... i just cant get them ripped, i mean my upper abbs are ripped and the rest of my boddy (except my bicepts need a lil more work) and it looks really funny not having ripped lower abbs... does anyone have any tipps or workout excersizes i could try? thanx any help would be greatly appreciated.
