low-carb training

i posted this on the training forum but no one replied... they are too busy swaining i guess. if you are ripped year-round, help me out:

i have 2 weeks till classes start (and freshmen girlies arrive).. so i'm doing a low-carb diet from now till then. my plan is basically just to have some carbs in the morning, and perhaps some juice before my workout (i do HIT basically) followed by 70gms dextrose PW. so im going for less than 200 grams of carbs a day. yesterday was my first day on it, and i felt like death, but today i feel more alert than usual (i'd been bulking bigtime before this).

anyway, should i do any of my training differently? im afraid i wont be able to give 110% at the gym today, being carb-deprived and all.. what do you all do to keep the intensity up when you are on a low-carb diet?

It's kinda strange cause that's how I felt the first time I tried a low/no carb diet. These days I have no problems at all doing it. Infact now I am on one, my diet is on the diet board ...

My workouts go fine actually, no problems at all. :)

It'll take you a little while to adjust. I've thrown myself into it like that before and the first few days are always a killer.

More ephedrine and a decreased workload of both the number of sets and the amount of weight is what works for me.
