I just poked it in my quad for the first time this weekend and am worried that I screwed up because nothing could be that easy. I don't know why it took me so long to try but I highly recommend it for all of you out there that are sick of poking your glutes.
i use a 22g 1.5" not a problem, quad shots are great, my next cycle is going to be bi's tri's and calves, all of which for the first time, a little nervous about those though
Quads are def. good, the second day you walk a little funny but they are my favorite spot for sure. Just make sure you go about 3/4 the way up on your outer part of your quad and it isnt bad at all.
