Lotsa Blood!!!!!!

Just did a primo shot in my shoulder and a stream of blood shot out when I pullled the needle out. And I do mean a stream, I now have blood all over my bedroom window. How my gonna explain that one to my girlfriend???

Now the injection site is pretty swollen.

This happen to anyone before?
Should I be worried?

I made sure to pull back before I shot it and there was no blood.

after you pulled back to check, you must have pushed in a little when injecting. you probably pierced or injected into a vein. No major deal. Will be sore and swollen for the next few day's. Do you feell dizzy or sick at all? Other than that, get some window and wall cleaner at the store and start cleaning up the evidence... Good luck

My thoughts are that you pierce an overlying artery since the blood had pressure on the way out. More than likely you went through the artery and injected under it while the needle was holding the blood in the artery. Upon removing it you cleared the way for the blood to surface. Keep an eye on the area and if you start to get radiating swelling from the site go to the doctor. You can get all kinds of nasty happenings from an artery rupture under the skin. Don't panic though if it stops bleeding on its own and the sorness starts to dissapate should be no problem.
