Recently got covid but i’m stubborn and won’t get the vaccine. Each time i get covid i lost about 5-7 pounds. My family has urged me to wisen up
I think I'm going to go ahead and get it done finally
but in the meantime what supplements do you recommend that I take to get my weight back up each time I get sick?

I've not had it. I have had the vaccine. Zero losses

I don't know what you are doing wrong because when I got covid twice years ago when the outbreak happen which I never have gotten again, I just got fat during covid lol.
