Lost gains

Any good advices how keep the gains after a cycle? I've consider to take sus250/d-bol stack and I've heard that it brings much weight, whick goes away pretty easily.

Should I stack more to that and is there a difference between HCG and Clomid when trying to keep gains? Which do you prefer: HCG or Clomid (or both?)?

And which do you consider better weekly dozes of Sus250: 250/week or 500/week or something between it?
 
you will always lose some of your gains. that can't really be helped. but you can minimize the lose.

the cycle i do most often is dbol, sus250, and fina. i use the fina to help with keeping gains. your diet will play into keeping your gains too. but i'm found that i keep more of my gains when i run some fina with that cycle.

clomid can help too. while your test levels are comming back.
 
Don’t use HCG unless your using more than a gram of test a week, even then go with Arimidex. Use clomind post cycle. If your using sust start clomind three weeks after last injection.

Yes you should diet before a cycle, to lower you body fat. If your doing a mass cycle your going in increase body fat on cycle, it part of the game.

Be careful of hcg it will cause GYNO! Don’t use it it’s not part of a normal cycle.

I eat good which will definitely help (lot's of protein)..Also I am going to do the Anavar and clen after deca and primo, and come off them(anavar,clen) by lowering the does's on a day to day basis.

One of the bro's at the gym did this and he said it kept him hard and he kept most of his gains....he looks pretty good so I am going to give it a try....

gona, you need to take in 4-6000 calories a day during and for as long as you can after your cycle. Don't worry about body fat, if you don't eat, you won't grow, plain and simple.

A couple weeks after your cycle is the most vital stage in keeping your gains, eat as much as you possibly can, keep your cals, protein, and carbs high. This is what you do on a BULKING cycle.

I think he is saying to diet "before" the cycle not after. To lower your BF% so when you bulk you are not a fat slob, or thats just what i got from reading it.

honestly, either way he meant it, it doesn't hold water to me. i don't think you should tell a newbie that and make it sound like it's general rule of thumb that all bb's use - "it's part of the game." that's cool if it's what YOU do. to each his own. just say - this is what i do.

here's my theory. say your even as big as 20% bf - if you're wanting to do a bulking cycle, it means you need muscle, and it means that you aren't looking to cut weight anyhow and you're ready to accept the fact that you're gonna gain weight. if you try to cut or lose weight w/o muscle it's gonna be a long, arduous process. so just begin the damn cycle, it like a pig, gain your weight - AND your muscle - maybe even lose fat in the process - then after you got the muscle and you want to lose the weight - it will just shed off to the extended fat burning capabilities of the new muscle.

that's what I do.
