Lost 6.5lbs in 3 days

Saturday I weighed 199.75lbs, Sunday I carbed up (actualy later in the day I binged on anyhting I could get my hands on), Monday weighed 205.5lbs :shocked:, today I weighed in at 199.0lbs.

NEVER EVER EVER again will I binge on my carb-up day. I felt like a fat fucking pig.

I don't know why I get like that sometimes...I think all the depriving I do to myself with food esculates into a binge sometimes....not good :(
 
That's a lot of water weight that you gained there.....

Maybe some 5-htp and some ECA during the carbup would control the binges.

There will be NO more binges....I promised myself that already. I'm tracking every friggin calorie I eat on carb-up days...my fiance is pissed cause I told her no more sushi on Sundays (have no idea how much sticky rice I'm eating with the sushi...love the stuff though)

I would venture and say that making your fiance happy is important so have the sushi, that's not a binge.

I have yet to do a carb up =/. Im going 2 weeks before i do, I'll keep in mind not too eat any "sea-food" dishes :P
 
Did the "controlled" refeed this Sunday, instead of the "eat whatever you can get your hands on" refeed.

Went like this:
Meal 1: 50g high GI carbs, 30-40g protein, 200 mgr-ALA
Meal 2: 50g high GI carbs, 30-40g protein, 200 mgr-ALA
Meal 3: 50g high GI carbs, 30-40g protein, 200 mgr-ALA
Meal 4: 1c oats, 30-40g protein, 2tsp Udo's, 1tps fish oil, 1Tbs pysillium husk powder, 200 mg r-ALA
Meal 5: 1c oats, 30-40g protein, 2tsp Udo's, 1tps fish oil, 1Tbs pysillium husk powder, 200 mg r-ALA
Meal 6: 1c oats, 30-40g protein, 2tsp Udo's, 1tps fish oil, 1Tbs pysillium husk powder, 200 mg r-ALA

Overall, it went well. Meals 1-3 I was absolutely starving.....1.75 cups of Rice Crispies and fat free milk does nothing to help ease the hunger...lol. However, meals 4-6 I felt like my stomach was gonna burst.

Saturday weighed in at 198.5lbs, today I weighed in 200lbs even. So I gained a lot less water this time around. My strength for my Chest/Back workout today was down from last week though, and the pump wasn't nearly as good, but I guess thats to be expected...

Mr.X,

You said it's fine to mix fats/carbs as long as the carbs are low GI right? Just worried about the amount of fat I'm taking in with meals 4-6. With the oats and the oil, I'm taking in about 22g per meal along with the carbs.

true, but I'm right on the limit...actualy taking in around 50-55g carbs per meal.....figure better be safe and bump it up to 200mg per meal.


still think it's too much?
