My daughter's need a flexible dad to kick the soccer ball around, and after turning 30, it was high time to take a long look at things, and decide what was important.
What you lose depends on you, genetics play a huge role, but diet and training are equally as important.![]()
There you go....gains slowly diminish in time when completely off :0
