Losing 22 Pounds and staying at 10%BF Possible ?

Hey guys.
Theoretically speaking if i was at 205 pounds (93 kilos) at 10%bf would it be hard for me get to 185 pounds (83 kilograms) at the same amount of bf (10%)

Would it involve alot of muscle loss and excessive cardio ??
Is it dangerous ?

Reason being is if i feel that 205 pounds is too much for me i can drop weight and fight pro at 185.

Cheers

it would mean muscle loss and fat loss. you could stop lifting or stop adding weight to the bar. I doubt that it is possible to reach your goal with one step - you need to get rid of muscles and fat so cutting is first. once you have lost some weight you need to reevaluate your body composition and take the next step.

one way to reach close to that goal would be to change your diet to a carb cycling kind of scheme (look it up on the diet board - i think there's a sticky, it's by pintoca) and at least look to maintain strength if not increase it... obviously it all depends on your body type too - you'll know more about it than us.

You could get down to 8% and still fight ok... try that...

205lbs at 10% bf: 20.5lb fat, 184.5lb lean body mass
185lbs at 10% bf: 18.5lb fat, 166.5lb lean body mass

So you'd need to lose 2lb fat and 18lb muscle.

Possible, but seems like a backwards step.
