Does anyone have problems with excessive lumbar curvature?? I've got a good set of abs and a fairly developed back, so my stomach protrudes more than my chest when I'm standing in a relaxed position. It soesn;t seem to matter how much I work my abs, it still looks like I have a belly. I'm just wondering if there is a way to correct or minimize the curvature and whether a chiropractor would be the person to see. Thanks!

I've been to the chiropractor and he told me the best thing to do was try walking around all the time with my stomach sucked in and my pelvis rotated anteriorly. OK!

-needless to say I don't go to this guy anymore.

seriously I don't think there is a whole lot you can do about it.

This might be caused by tight hip flexors. Root around and look for some stretches having to do with the hip flexors. I think Paul Chek might have written about this.
