I had the title run and there are some clouds on the title that the owner isn't wanting to clear up.

:bawling:

I was going to give devin a new house as part of his b-day at the end of this month.

maybe it will still happen.

crosses fingers.

OH! Ugh! Well, maybe its not meant to be.

i found my dream home and it was basically signed to someone else right under my noese

i have an even better home now though. lol

Pretty dumb on the owner's part. No matter what they'll have to be paid. They won't be able to sell or refi until that crap's taken care of.

What kind of things? Why don't the owner want them cleared? How the hell is he going to sell it?

what kinds of "clouds"

I am hoping to buy a house in the next two years or so.

Sorry to hear that.
You can come live with me, in a van down by the river.

He was doing a contract for deed type of situation with the previous tenants and put the deed in their name. They defaulted on the contract and deeded it back to him, but they had judgment liens and tax liens attach. Now the bank is willing to lend him the money to pay off the liens but they want to take a mortgage on the farm where he lives and he said that he would rather just let them foreclose on this house than to risk a mortgage on his house.

Then scoop it up for less.

And that's some of the stupidest fucking "logic" I've heard in a while.
