looking to get to know everyone

A little bit about yourself wouldn't hurt. Age, years training, height, weight, goals. Just so some of the knowledgeable guys can know for future reference.
 
Need to update profile still. Im 28. Started lifting age 18. Got to know some friends in amature bodybuilding in college age 20. From Illinois, masters level professional. Very knowledgeable in pharmacology, biology, psychology.
 
5' 11" 195lb now. Last summer I dropped to 175, got pretty lean, and increased my bench to 300lb x 1 rep for the first time. It only took one year to gain fat and lose strength. Still lift daily but lost touch with people who used to help me.
 
I'll check it out and see where I can make contributions. I'd like to comment about a couple of websites I hope no one ever messes with again.

Thanks for the positive welcome. I've had way better feedback in here than I expected. So here's a question for everyone. I'm planning on using just test for the next 8-10wks. I figure if im gonna stick to one thing it should be test. I've done 750/wk before, with modest gains. Any thoughts on how much is too much? What's wasteful?

u used that much for a 1st cycle?
 
My first cycle was when I was 19-20. Didnt know what I was doing and used some dianabol and deca, way too low low doses. Thru college learned a lot.
 
Last summer did round 600mg boldenone by itself and was really surprised by the strength gains. But need to stack i guess because i never achieve what I'm after.
 
My goal for the 8-10 wks is to put on as much mass as possible, lift hard and eat nothing but protien. Then I plan to follow up with some boldenone and something else to cut for the next couple of months. Problem 1= how much test can I handle a week? Problem two= I admit im rather ignorant in the cutting dept. Dont know what to cut with.

Thanks needtogetaas. Need all the friends I can get here. Still living in the midwest and too far from chicago. Almost no one is into bodybuilding here and very closed minded people.

Problem 1 -u should be asking how little can i take and grow like a weed!

Stay low until you cant grow!

So u want to cycle for 8-10 weeks then another 2 months for a total of 4 months?
 
I think youre right. 4mo is long. Maybe the problem when I ran 750/wk test was that I wasn't eating enough. Need to experiment and see what 500 to 750 would do if I was taking in enough protien daily. I can't honestly say I've ever stuck to more than 120-130g protien a day when I know damn well I should be consuming double that.
 
If i was you, 500mg of test-e a week, a serm, arimadex at .5mg eod, 10 to 12 weeks, and start a good PCT 10 to 14 days after last inject. Eat clean and alot. 300grams protien and 250 to 300grams good wholesome carbs, 4000 calories aday. Train hard, rest well, you will grow.

Nickster, thanks for advice. Time to go to sam's and get a few 5lb bags of protein. Guardian, how much cardio do you do ?

on cycle = none

off cycle = i taper up slowly. i start off with 6 days a week of 45 mins. i then slowly start adding 2 a day's for up to 14 sessions a week, each 45 mins.
 
Right on Tatyana. Unfortunately my education didn't make me smart enough not to risk temptation to order my gear in April from a well known Elitefitness overseas supplier. Now its been like 7-8wks and Im paranoid as hell. Been checking out the seizure threads, lots of mixed experiences.
