Looking for some help with my mail

Fellas I'm having serious trouble with my mail. It hasn't worked since friday. I don't have a clue whats wrong with it. I can get it to work from other peoples computer but not mine. When I log in the enter passphrase never comes up. Just a white empty box with a small icon in the top left hand corner. Anyone have a clue? I'm about to go nuts if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks. Thanks for your recent replies Maxx.

if you're having trouble with elite or hush use netscape instead of explorer this will work better....RADAR

Sorry I don't want to sound like an complete idiot but I'm not really computer friendly, could you please elaborate on that. Instant Karma for some help.

Sorry to take so long...you will need to go to internet explorers website and download( It will take a while)then click to install after downloading and you will see the icxon after installing click on it and you're ready to use explorer with elitemail...good luck!! RADAR
