I'm a 39 year old and am seriously thinking about doing my first ever cycle. I'm 5'4" and weigh 155lbs (BF-15%) and have been working out very steadily for the last 12 years but in the last year I've had to endure thru rotator cuff surgery which has limited my ability to work out like I'm accustomed to. I've been doing quite a bit of research into doing a first cycle but I still have some questions, hopefully some of you may be able to give me some advice. I was thinking of going on a cycle of Test P(200-250mg/wk) and either Deca or Masteron(200-250/wk) following with a PCT of Nolvadex. My training schedule would be EOD with a cardio activity on the off days and my diet would be about 2800-3000 cal/day(40-40-20). I'm hoping that the end result would be at least 10-15 lbs of good muscle gains and that my shoulder will increase in strength as well. Looking forward to your replies
