This is my first post on this forum. Been in the game for years and only used clomid and caber and ralox as PCT. Been reading some good things about HCG and its benefits to stimulate spermoatogenensis. (Actually read some good articles on this foum) Some good info too. Just looking for a dose regimen to get things going. Been on Clomid for 3 months but not enough for spermatogenensis, as per sperm analysis.
the stack you need to help with fertility is HMG, HCG and Clomid.. if you think hcg will do it on your own then you are very misguided... HMG is the key here to making it work
at your age and with your condition its time to throw the kitchen sink at the problem
if you were younger i would not recommend hcg use for fertility YET just to be clear
clomid and vitamin E are your main friends, this stack has been proven in studies to actually boost fertility in men. i would start there first, see if you progress. if you don't graduate then time to break out the hmg and hcg

HCG easier to control then hmg use 500 IUs hcg 2 weeks and post your LOG pct log

check your sperm levels after about 6 weeks

My LOG:
Week 1 to 3: HCG 1000iu/ 3 times a week.
Week 1 to 2: HMG 75iu 3 times a week.
Week 1 to 4: Nolvadex 40 mg the first day and then 20mg a day.
Week 1 to 4: Clomid 50 mg every day
Was thinking of taking 1 month off from PCT (after last dose at 4 weeks) then restarting the same cycle for a month.
I really want to get great results with sperm analysis.
Then will get blood work and sperm analysis in May 2023.

Definitely incorporating HMG. I have plenty on hand and will do 75iu 3 times a week for 2 weeks. If you have a better dosage guide then please let me know.
