Looking for Honest Answers and Help. No Hijacking!

I don't ever plan to go more than 250 ew. Thought of 125 ew for 10 weeks and come off and go back on 2 or 3 months down the road with the other 10 weeks at 125. I have ordered. Anabolic Innovations post cycle support and hcgenerate to help. Have house of muscle brand 3,6,17 androsterone( 6oxo) test booster.

@steve. My diet was in check and I was working out before the trt before. I honestly agree with you on diet, but it isn't the cure all but rather a good foundation to start from.

^^^ 20% body fat man. your diet is NOT in check. most of america is overweight and has testosterone deficiencies for this reason. has a lot to do with the bad stuff we put in our bodies. clean up your diet, improve your lifestyle and trust me your test levels will bounce, now it may not be enough to prevent you from going on HRT at a young age, but it will help you whether you go on or not. even guys on HRT struggle with lifestyle, its not gonna cure your problems.
 
is there some magical chart that doctors follow?

my doc was goin over my results and did some goofy tim the tool guy grunts and high fived me when he got to my total test which was 600ish. I later looked at the range and saw that I was very average.....

Thanks steve soo what your saying mcdonalds and burger king are not good food choices? Just playin. Any other advice ?

I am hijacking just because a noob said no hijacking....had a great ride today until my fat ass broke my bike seat--my $250 carbon fiber seat...out of Atomic Tabs....bummed...anyway, enough off topic, what about your test level?
 
id go get test again.

then i would lift heavy focusing on major compound lifts

id revamp my diet and do a solid 8 week pct and get my bf down around 10-15% then get tested again.
