Looking at moving to Chicago

Lakeview = boys town. Wrigley = too crowded.

Lincoln park and South Loop are legit.

no way i could afford Wrigley... love the cubs though, should def go to a couple games..

plus around wrigley seems real ghetto. Where is Lakeview?

what is an average HOA fee there? They seem to range from $100-$1000... I know it depends on the amenities but $1000 seems crazy
