He has bedsores on that one leg. It's sad, really. Think about what life must be like for him. No chance at getting out and getting a job, a girlfriend, children, anything. No wonder it is hard for them to stop eating. What else does he have for pleasure now? It's depressing to even see that.

QFT, extremely obese people usually have mental problems that just get worse the more they eat.

Wait, you're saying that well adjusted people wouldn't get up to 600 lbs??? :)

Ive never seen "QFT" abbreviation. ???

Yes, that picture made me sad. That is someone's boy, suffering, a prisoner in his own bed.

People are quick to judge and point out that it was his eating that made him that way, but almost everyone's problems in life are self created when it comes down to it. It's sad one way or the other.

Definitely fucked in the head. Sad it is

I agree after my initial revultion I just felt pity for him as he must be miserable and suffering.

I feel pity for crippled people, who got that way through no fault of their own. I feel pity for people born less fortunate.

But I feel no pity for this man, nor any addicts or miserable people who arrived at their situation on their own.

Why should I?

but you gotta keep in mind this is a fitness site so the majority of us are going to say he needs to do a sit-up or push-up or 2. yes it is sad but there has to be a point to where you have to say to yourself "man i need to go on a diet or something". to let yourself get that big is unreal.

QFT= Quoted for Truth. And I do agree that a lot of peoples problems are self inflicted, but the sad fact is that most people don't care enough or just don't have the discipline to do anything about them.

i saw this fat bastard on tv recently. he has a girlfriend too. ironically, she seemed sorry for him and sympathetic as she bathed him, but then she goes and brings him back a 4000 calorie snack with a gallon of ice cream. go figure.
