and the guy who finally did do something was nothing in terms of physicality....the cop would have killed him too. There's at least 4-5 guys looks like, that are standing around with their mouths open. And all because the bartender wouldn't pour the drunk fuckstick another drink? God damn........just one time, in one of these type video's, I want to see a bull step in and utterly decimate someone like this........I would give my years salary to have been there, fuckall if I go to jail for murder......they'd have to take me there in a bodybag........meh! :mad:
 
cant stand ppl like that. i dont have alot of qualities im proud of but in public im always one to speak up, assist ppl when in need. like helping old ppl get on/off the bus, giving up my seat, i once told 2 teenagers to leave this little guy alone when they were giving him shit and one time this one POS tried to sell my friend back his cell phone that he bought off the guy that broke into my friends car and stole it. while my 2 friends weere all chicken shit and just flashed their respective shit eating grins, i was reaming that guy out like it was MY cell phone. i would have loved to have jumped on the back of that cop and choke his faggot ass out.
 
My theory has always been that most people who aspire to law enforcement have serious self-esteem issues, the guys who got picked on during high school. Everybody I knew in high school who went on to be cops fit that mold. Most of the cops I know have serious control/violence issues.

CNN yeaterday reported another beating by another [olice officer in the same district. They have that on tape as well but not at the time of the newscast.
 
i don't care how big the attacker is; if I EVER saw a woman (or any kind of weak person) being beaten on like that; I would jump in in a moment.

I have lived in New York and Washington DC areas. In no other large city cops are so rude and abuse.

Former Montreal police officer pleads guilty to sexual assaults

A former Montreal police officer pleaded guilty Thursday to a string of sexual assaults.

Benoit Guay, 34, faced 22 charges, including three charges of sexual assault with a weapon as well as uttering death threats and forcible confinement.

The charges related to attacks on at least seven victims ranging in age from 15 to 20 that happened in municipalities north of Montreal between May 2004 and July 2005.

In Laval Thursday, the court decided that sentencing arguments for Guay will be heard in May.

Guay has been behind bars since he was arrested in January 2006.

The Crown attorney says he'll ask that Guay, who lost his job as a police officer when he pleaded guilty Thursday, be declared a dangerous offender.

AGREED> FOr some reaosn, the Chicago Police department has some MAJOR problems with abuse of power and control. So sad - I will NEVER let a cop push me around. They have tried to in the past because I am a young girl.. I got pulled over 2X in 3 weeks for my tints and BOTH cops tried getting me to sign a compliance sheet claiming I was GUILTY and I kept telling them NO, I want a COURT DATE. And they kept fighting me to sign this stupid sheet. I love the fact that my brother is almost done in Law School and basically knows everything about the law and what cops can do and so I call him whenever I get pulled over. LOL. The cops HATE that. Haha I told them to hang on once while I called my brother who was in Law school. HAHA. Annoying cops..
 
Before you go judging this Cop, make sure you know the back story first. First off the guy was raped by a Gay biker gang 3 months before this hapened, and the lady bartender was cheering on the gay bikers. This made the guy mad and turned him into a drunk. But he kept coming to the bar anyways, and again and again he was raped buy the Gay biker gang, and the lady would cheer them on every time. Finaly one night after the Bikers had there way with him he went into the bar for a beer to wash down (well we wont go into that) and the lady bartender said we dont serve your kind here! this pissed the guy off and he finaly decided to stick up for himself. Thats the part you guy saw, now dont you feel bad for this poor cop who gets raped by Gay biker gangs and is to scared to tell them no? (Just say no!) (No mean NO):)

Careful not to generalize..... although, you are MOSTLY correct. I work with a ton of asshole cops. BUT when people assume they are ALL alike, it makes it really hard for the few good cops that still work the streets. Some(a few) actually do want to help people. A few actually do the right thing.
They are the ones with the hardest jobs in law enforcement. Other cops hate them/don't trust them because they stand up for the people being mistreated---> EVEN if that means standing up against other cops when they see other cops being shady. Plus, they have to deal with being hated by the general public because most people assume all cops are shady. It's hard for the few good cops. Other cops hate them because they want to do what is right while the rest of the world hates them because they ASSUME all cops are bad cops. Yet, they stick to doing the right thing. My hubby is a good cop. I feel bad for him because being a good cop is especially hard with getting shit from his co-workers because he's 2nice and getting shit from everyone else because he's a cop.
I am also very proud of him. He has been a cop for several years and all of the bullshit never jaded him. He still does what's right. Even after several years, he STILL remembers WHY he wanted to be a cop and stands by it. He wants to help people when they are abused/mistreated/screwed over. He always gives people a fair shot at things. He does not verbally or physically abuse ANYONE. Even if he arrests someone and they are being a violent ASS to him- he only does what is needed to make the arrest. AND he does NOT arrest people for bullshit. That is all from me... for now.-MYWAY

Not many 115 lb males, though. At least a male can fight you back a little. He was throwing her around like a rag doll. It was almost like watching someone beat a child it was such a huge weight difference.

A crime is a crime regardless of who it is committed against or their ability to defend themselves. I know it doesn't work this way in the real world but shouldn't a crime be a crime regardless of the victim?

i'd feel a lot more sorry for her if she didn't throw him against the shelf first, and stayed down after he hit her the first time. if you're wasted and someone pushes you into a shelf, it's hard not to push back or swing. then, once you drop somebody and they get back up and grab you, you have no choice but to drop them again. the cop deserves to be fired and to have this on his record, but i wouldn't wanna see him get jail time. the bartender was an idiot.

She was only able to push him into the shelf because he came over there in a very threatening way.

All the fault is his in any meaningful sense though I agree it would have been smarter for her to just back away from the get-go.

careful with that young thing... failure to comply with an officers instructions like "put the cell phone down and step out of the vehicle" can turn nasty quick..

doesn't matter if you are in the right or not.. signing the sheet.. oh hell no.. see you in court.. and a civil lawsuit will be coming at ya too..

now if it's night, and the cop pulls you over, you can roll the window down a little, and slip the license and what not out, and say you are afraid and you want his area supervisor to be present, and preferably a female officer as well..

now that's trouble for them big time..

no, i'm holding it against her that she felt the need to swing him into a shelf when all he wanted to do was get by her and get some beer. i don't see him getting in her face at all initially. it's not her job to use physical force; that's the bouncer's job. His initial contact is him slamming her against the wall and throwing her down. Before any punches are thrown, she gets back up and grabs him like she thinks she can take him. get past the fact that she's a woman, she basically initiated and then continued a fight. The real beatdown including the face stomping, which i agree is way out of line, doesn't occur until after this happens
 
ok, I just looked at it again....you need to watch the first 2 seconds of the video.....see him in the corner come onto camera with a chair in his hand? Is that not threatening in the first place?

it also looks like when she's trying to get up she's trying to get around him......not attack him, and that's when he gets to stomping her.
 
i'm gonna stop arguing it because i agree the cop was clearly WAY out of line and is a huge douche,doesn't deserve to be a cop, and deserves a criminal record. but i really do think all he wanted to do was get by her and make himself a drink. he even grabs a glass right before he gets thrown against the shelf. he doesn't even look at her until she swings him. she really had no business touching him
