i know most over the counter supps are BS. Ive tried enough to realize this. Just looking for an edge.
Finishing up some PCT. Then going natural. What do you guys recommend?
right now Im taking a good multi, b, c, d, e, CLA, rALA, saw palmetto, Omega 3.
I use Cytosport 100% Whey. Pre workout NO Explode.
I eat clean...4-5X a day 40G protein per.
I know nothing legal can simulate what juice can give you.....but want to get close. Im 5 9 190 15% BF. Want to retain size, get lean, keep my strength...or much as i can.
