Been reading the board for a while now, and been training hard with no AS for past 2 years.
I finally have a source
and I feel its time to give myself a bit of help, been struggling for gains past 4months.
Current stats are:
age: 22
weight: 180
height: 5"10
I don't have a desire to be huge, just a bit more size and ripped.
Hopefully I've done my research correctly.
Oh, and I'll lay it down, im a fucking pussy when it comes to needles, they scare the fuck out of me, hence why anadrol instead of sust or something. nfi why but they do
Here's the cycle I've devised, basically im looking for some good upper body gains to bulk a little, then really harden and cut - while losing the bit of flab on stomach / chest Ive got since Football injury this year made normal cardio very hard.
Diet is now clean, Injury nearly healed. Will be doin 30mins of cardio in morning and night - only at 60% effort, heartrate around 140.
Anadrol 50
W1-6 : 50mgED (6wks)
Winny
W3-10 : 50mgED (8wks) - possibly go 10?
Clenbuterol
.25mg tablets / 20mcg
Days 1-3: 1 in AM / 1 in PM
Days 4-14: 2 in AM / 2 inPM.
2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
Start clen week 3. Just to clarify, when do you guys recommend I stop taking the clen? considering I'd like to take it as long as possible to really get cut.
Any input in regards to cycle would be great, just little warning, I wont be going over 50mg of anadrol, pretty strong shit and I'm a COMPLETE newbie to AS.

PS im a little worried about gyno with anadrol, any particular Anti-e that works best with it? Arimidex/Liquidex/Nolvadex/Clomid?
